My messages are not being sent to the seller

How do I know the seller has received my message?

A single tick box to the left of your message implies that your message has been received by the seller, but not yet read (see picture below).

How do I know the seller has read my message?

Two tick boxes to the left of your message implies that your message has been read by the seller (see picture below).

Reasons why messages may not be sent

There are a few factors that can result in your messages not being sent to the seller you have contacted via chat. Here are a few examples: 

  • The details in your message contains blacklisted information.
  • Your IP location is on a blacklist, for example if your country has been identified as a common place from where scam e-mails are sent.
